Au Revoir

caught between
where the water jumps out at me
making up phrases for phases of color
the kind inside
I had a dream you lost your heart
my favorite part
crazy daisy trickle ebb and flow
legs stopped working but I'm still in motion
I said I'm not ready for winter
the barebones and all
catacombs combing over the earth
will I too be stripped of the green on my sleeve?
the chip on my shoulder?
au revoir from Paris my love
would you hold me if push came to shove?
buzz buzz buzz in my ear on my finger
climbing up this air column
I wake up and look old from crying for you
